One of my greatest pleasures is selecting essential oils to complement the new products I am developing. The crucial thing is to ensure that the oils offer benefits for your skin, or hair. Tor & Co sources organically, or sustainably produced grown oils and extracts where possible. We also make our own oil infusions, using wonderful botanicals like white sage, chamomile and lavender grown on our own farm.

Nature truly is an apothecary and the natural world's array of plants oils and essences provides me with a never-ending source of inspiration. As far back as 4500 years ago the Ancient Egyptians were using such oils as aniseed, myrrh, and cedarwood in their ointments, perfumes and medicine. Today, Cedrus Altantis, or Cedarwood Atlas is a beautiful scent in the Tor & Co hydrating hand cream, along with Ylang Ylang, or Cananga Odorada. Amazing!
